The Florida Employment Support Program (FLESP)

is an employment assistance service provided by

the Florida National Guard

for members, dependents and veterans

of the Guard and Reserve.

Our Employment Coordinators can educate, assist and support you throughout your job search including but not limited to resume development, career opportunities, referral services, interview techniques, employment resources, and career assessments.
